Owner Jodi Fyfe brings over thirty years of experience to the business and a deep passion for ensuring every client has a high-caliber experience.

Here’s an overview of the company’s five dynamic brands which include:

  • Paramount Events, a full-service and drop-off catering company that specializes in seasonality year-round.
  • Eden, a farm-to-table restaurant in Avondale (2734 W. Roscoe Street) with a menu that embraces seasonal flavors. Led by Chef Devon Quinn and Executive Chef Miles Schaefer, Eden will be opening for breakfast and lunch service on June 6th with dinner starting on June 22nd.
  • Truffleberry, a catering company specializing in customized menu and experience creations for events. This brand is led by Executive Sous Chef Francisco Rodriguez.
  • fuelgood, an innovative service that provides food, beverage, and design solutions to companies and property managers, leading to higher employee retention, increased productivity, and a vibrant company culture.
  • Lake Street Staffing, a premier full-service staffing agency that provides hospitality management and customer experience solutions.

The company regularly helps clients carry out successful events such as weddings, galas, business meetings, birthday parties, bridal showers, holiday parties, and office happy hours.

A major focus of the Paramount Group is employee wellness. As companies return to in-person office work, TPG’s fuelgood can ease this transition by setting up amenities like coffee and juice bars that strengthen culture and employee retention.

One of the firm’s core values is sustainability. The Paramount Group has received certification from the Green Restaurant Association, and the firm uses eco-friendly disposable packaging and manages an on-site composting program.

Additionally, the Paramount Group grows organic produce inside a greenhouse near Eden. The greenhouse supplies organic produce to Eden and its catering services.

Produce from the greenhouse is harvested, refrigerated, and deployed at the right time to ensure an awe-inspiring meal every time. The greenhouse also serves as a space for educational and volunteer opportunities.

Along with providing exceptional food and beverage service, the Paramount Group has a long history of giving back to the community. One of its diversity initiatives has led to partnership with minority-owned bakeries and the incorporation of their products on Paramount Events menus.
