Is your business in the Pulaski Industrial Corridor TIF District?

You may be eligible for reimbursable grant funds from the City of Chicago through the Small Business Improvement Fund (SBIF).

Commercial businesses are eligible for a grant up to $150,000 while industrial companies with 200 or less employees can receive a maximum of $250,000 with 50% project reimbursement.

SBIF is a grant program designed to support businesses with building improvements. North Branch Works is partnering with Wintrust Bank Chicago to share information about the program.

On Friday, November 6th, North Branch Works will be joined by Wintrust Bank for an information session about the SBIF program.

The information session will cover details about the application process and more about the SBIF program. The lunch and learn will take place from 12:00pm to 1:30pm at 4055 W Parker Ave.

The deadline to apply for SBIF in Pulaski is November 30th at 5 p.m.
