The Small Business Improvement Fund (SBIF) provides grant funding for permanent facility upgrades and repairs in designated Tax Increment Financing (TIF) Districts throughout the city. 

In October, SBIF was open in the Kennedy/Kimball TIF District in the northwest part of our service area. 

Our staff engaged eligible businesses across many platforms, and we are happy to announce that the following applications are being processed:
